- The original packaging is intact – not ripped, written on, taped over, or damaged.
- The order and customer details must match those in our system.
- The item must not be damaged by external factors such as water, heat, impact, or incorrect use.
ZYNAUS reserves the right to decline returns that don’t meet these conditions, based on our assessment.
2. Return Timeframe
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
Requests made outside this period may not be accepted.
3. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product, the replacement item must be of equal or greater value than your original purchase.
- If the new item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference.
- If the new item is cheaper, we’re unable to refund the price difference.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll email you to confirm the outcome of your refund request.
- If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 1–6 business days.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 6 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company – processing times can vary.
- Speak with your bank to see if the refund is pending.
